SEED Homes began during a charity board meeting about stability and opportunity. The conversation turned to transitional housing and the gap between tiny homes and conventional builds. Over about six months, designers, builders and engineers developed a home that is quick to build, durable, affordable and adaptable for on-grid or off-grid use.

SEED homes are steel-built with carbon-negative or renewable materials, made under CSA A660-10 and CSA A277 certified processes and covered by a 20-year exterior finish warranty.
